OPERATIONS

Delivering consistent high quality

Committed to consistently delivering exceptional quality in every service we provide.

Defining our quality standards: The first step is to define what high-quality care is and its relation to clinical research, we assert this by reviewing relevant guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Establishing a quality management system: A quality management system (QMS) is a set of policies, procedures, and processes designed to ensure that our organization meets its quality objectives. It should cover all aspects of care delivery, from patient intake to discharge. The QMS should also include processes for monitoring and improving performance, such as regular audits, reviews, and feedback loops.

Training our staff: Training our staff is a critical component of delivering high-quality care. We make sure they’re well-trained in all aspects of clinical research data delivery, including protocol procedures, patient communication, and safety protocols. MCT has developed a comprehensive training program that includes ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Standardizing our processes: Standardizing our processes is essential to achieving consistent quality across our clinical sites. This means we developed clear SOPs and guidelines for all aspects of clinical research process, including pre-study preparations, ongoing study procedures, completed studies, adverse events, and regulatory compliance. Utilizing checklists, standardized forms, and other tools to ensure that all staff follow these protocols consistently.

Monitor and measure performance: To ensure that we are delivering consistent high-quality care, we need to monitor and measure our performance regularly. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as data entry timelines, query resolution, and enrollment rate. We utilize this data to identify areas where we need to improve and implement corrective actions.

Implement a continuous improvement program: Quality improvement is an ongoing process that requires constant attention and effort. MCT developed a continuous improvement program that includes regular reviews of our processes and performance data. We utilize this information to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Communicate with patients and stakeholders: Effective communication with Sponsors and CROS is essential to delivering consistent high-quality care. MCT has developed clear communication channels and processes for creating and answering emails within 24 hours. This includes regular updates on enrollment, addressing concerns and questions, and seeking feedback on our services.
